- ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪ ✪So I am not too thrilled with them. New patient, first visit, Appointment @ 10:00 AM, was after 11:00 AM before I was called back to an exam room. Person trying to take my vitals placed the BP cuff of an automatic BP device on my forearm (15" forearm) cannot get a good measurement, then attempts on Bicep (18" bicep) cuff pops off (She is using the wrong cuff, too small) and still cannot get an accurate reading, so I think she guesses. I am waiting for prescriptions to be sent to the pharmacy, medical staff (including the doctor) do not seem to even look at my chart/intake, because when the pharmacy receives the scripts, they have only sent orders for as mall part of the list that I gave them,that they do not seem to have looked at fully or they just didn't care to do their whole job.
